3D White Light MPT Scanner

3D Scanning System

High Accuracy Surface Measurement
Extremely Fast
High Density Data Collection
Intelligent Data Reduction
Over 1 million points per second

Opto-TOP HE
The Opto-TOP HE 3D white light scanning system uses fringe projection technology to provide a fast and extensive capture of complex surfaces. This approach allows the simultaneous measurement of a large portion of the object in a single view.

Well over a million points can be captured in each image. Each of these scans takes less than one second with the Breuckmann Opto-TOP HE digitizing system. The equipment is extremely portable and does not require the use of a mechanical positioning device.

Fast 3D Scanning of mold cavities and dies. The Opto-TOP HE is designed to allow a quick change of lens objectives or the carbon fiber tube which connects the patented Miniature Projection Technique projector and the camera. This provides a flexible system capable of measuring very small or very large objects.

Opto-Scan

The Opto-Scan system provides the scanning capability of the Opto-TOP HE in a completely automated format.

The system includes an enclosed chamber with rotating table that also tilts so that all surfaces are digitized.

This system is ideal for producing fast and simple 3D models. The system can be learned quickly, and we will demonstrate the measurement process on your parts during set-up of the system.

Face-SCAN

The Breuckmann Face-SCAN illustrates some of the inherent advantages of this technology compared to other 3D modeling techniques:

Speed: The fast data capture rate of over 1 million points in less than a second provides superior results in situations where quick measurement is desired.
Color:Most Breuckmann digitizing systems can be equipped with a color imaging capability. Color data is very useful when digitizing art objects, historical artifacts and museum pieces in addition to human face scans. For certain industrial applications, color imaging greatly simplifies the identification of objects when complex scans are made which involve many separate parts.
Multi-Camera Capability: The Face-SCAN is equipped with two cameras so that the right side and left side of the face are measured simultaneously. This technique can be extended to provide a full body scan with 4 cameras. Some industrial applications also benefit from the ability to collect data from multiple views simultaneously.
